About The Change Dude
Outside the blogoshpere I’m Bob Caruso, a professional change artist/Managing Partner at Orchid Black.

Most people don’t particulary like when things around them are constantly challenging their ability to walk in a straight line. I, on the other hand, love it when the status quo was 10 minutes ago. Over the past 30 years I’ve been assisting people and organizations reinvent, reinvigorate and renew themselves. It’s a blast!
On a more professional note…I bring 35 years experience in implementing large scale change as both an executive and professional consultant. Through that time I’ve carried business cards for some formidable firms including Rockwell, Price Waterhouse, Deloitte and J.D. Power and Associates. I love the blog. I find it interesting and thought provoking. I describe myself as both academia and Corporate, and if you don’t mind, I would like to rebut a few of your post in your blog (academia style).
If you do mind, then I’ll leave comments only on your blog for your approval (corporate style).
I look forward to your response, and I hope you find my thoughts on Change Management interesting.

Great site for a jet jokey
Hello,
I am interested to know if you share your thought leadership articles/postings (with copyright noted) in associate publications.
My company, Astute Solutions, provides software and services for customer experience management (CEM) and targets B2C Global 1000 companies. We are publishing a monthly eNewsletter, released on the 15th of each month, covering topics of interest in CEM. The objective of the newsletter is to provide key insights on CEM to customer experience managers and C-Level executives. The topic for our July issue is Voice of the Customer and its impact on innovation, service, marketing and sales.
I am looking for authors and consultants such as you that are interested in contributing content and share key insights for our publication. In exchange for article contributions, I am happy to provide a link back to your website as well as blog/twitter accounts and an ad highlighting your services (this could be a promotion for Endeavor Management). Articles you contribute do not have to be long (300 – 500 word length) and can refer to a full article on your site, if desired. Additionally, I would like permission to add your blog to our blog roll – a monthly feature in the newsletter.
I know you have a lot of understanding and knowledge to share on Customer Experience Management tactics and strategies and it would be an honor to share your insight with our customers and prospects.
Following is our editorial theme/calendar for the next several months:
July 15th – Voice of the Customer
August 15th – Making the most of multi-channel interactions
September 15th – Knowledge Management – delivering accurate answers
October 15th – Enhancing Brand/Building Brand Advocates
November 15th – Improving Marketing/Sales Effectiveness
December 15th – Web Self-Service: helping customers help themselves
January 15th – Intelligent Contact Center/Contact Center Efficiency/ Agent Training
February 15th – Driving Revenue through the Contact Center
March 15th – Creating Customer Satisfaction and Building Retention
I hope this opportunity is of interest to you.
Kind Regards,
Joyce Foster
